Sponsor and District Banners Beautify the School Gym in Chandler
While doing the sponsorship banners, the client also asked us to do several district banners for the location. No problem! We started with the sponsorship banners, which feature a branded frame for each item displaying a different company’s information.
The sponsoring businesses’ banners are done in full color and perfectly capture the corporate persona of the various companies. The frames are rectangular and recognize each business as a proud Lightning Team sponsor.
On a different wall, you see the district banners, which recognize each local school. Because their athletic teams frequently face each other during the season, it is welcoming for the visiting team to see their banner and logo up on the gym wall at the Lincoln Preparatory Academy.
Place Sponsorship Banners Inside and Outside
For this client, installing the banners inside the gym made sense. However, if you have a school with a fenced-off sports field, you might also place some sponsorship banners along the fencing. We recommend using vinyl mesh, which allows the wind to pass through the material and minimizes the product’s wear and tear.
Most importantly, cutting wind slits into larger products is no longer necessary. And, imprinting the mesh leads to a result similar to standard banners. By the way, you do not need an athletic team to honor the sponsors that help your school grow. In many cases, local businesses donate to art programs, support the band, donate to fundraisers, or send volunteers during special events.
Beyond the Vinyl Sponsor Banners
What happens when you are looking for a way to honor significant donors and supporters of a team, but you do not want to feature the information on a vinyl banner? For something a little more permanent, we recommend the installation of wall graphics. These look beautiful, focus attention on the specific area of the wall, and do not move if installed near air conditioning units or fans.
Another option to consider is the vinyl window graphic. You can use it on the glass door leading to the music room, library, or any other space that has received corporate sponsorship. Honoring donors on street-facing windows is another great message to send to the community and might result in additional sponsors for your programs.
