What used to be the KPZ Group is now known as SPACE. Operating five locations, our team recently assisted this client with an illuminated lobby sign in Scottsdale, AZ.
SPACE Rebrands With a Wall Wrap and Backlit Lobby Sign at Its Scottsdale Location
This rebranding required a change to the client’s office interior. In response, we designed, produced, and installed a lit lobby sign that would sync with the elevated brand message. We put together a backlit product for this lobby sign that combines the white brand color with blue LEDs for an attractive halo effect.
The client decided to place a full-sized vinyl wall wrap in the conference room. It also features the new SPACE logo with a deep space backdrop. The new sign is an excellent choice for this location. It is situated on the focal wall and clearly visible when entering the conference room. In this way, it continues bringing the new branding to the forefront, which is a valuable tool for helping customers develop brand knowledge and awareness.
A Closer Look at Backlit and Edge-Lit Lobby Signs
Which lighted lobby sign is right for your office? An acrylic panel that we engrave with your corporate logo and name will look fantastic when illuminated all around its edge. Besides that, the areas our technicians carve out will also illuminate, drawing attention to the sign’s perimeter and the lettering. Of course, opting for backlit 3D letters instead also works well. Our client had excellent success with the sign they commissioned.
Putting LED Technology to Work for You
When designing an illuminated lobby sign in Scottsdale or anywhere else in the Phoenix area, we prefer to use LEDs. These are famous for their low power consumption (saving you money) and ability to stay cool even when used for long hours.
We typically work with acrylic for the letters or panels because it allows for stunning light diffusion. Backlit and edge-lit combinations are common displays. Aluminum is another material our clients like to use because it features the brand message that metals bring to a location along with the good look of the lights.
As always, mixed media signs are an option. For example, metallic panels with push-through acrylic letters will illuminate the letters and allow for edge-lit designs.
