School districts and high school administrators appreciate vinyl graphics’ versatility and budget-friendly nature. A good example is the Estrella Foothills High School at 13033 Estrella Parkway. Part of the Buckeye Union High School District, this HS is the “Home of the Wolves.” Recently, the school’s administration asked our shop to design, produce, and install fully customized perforated window graphics in Goodyear, AZ.
Welcoming Students and Faculty Members with Window Graphics That Do Not Obstruct the View
The school has the standard set of double front doors. They each feature frames and glass portions. The administration was looking for graphics that would cover all the glass portions. However, concurrently, the school’s safety depends on staff members seeing outside.
We were able to do both with the use of perforated vinyl. It displays the colorful images on the front, while those inside see through the pictures. You might already know this type of vinyl from our use with vehicles, where we wrap the rear and rear side windows. There, the perforations let the driver see out.
For this project, we designed, printed, and installed two smaller school seals in the corners. Next, we spelled out the school’s name. Finally, we made large copies of the seals and designed them to install underneath the glass door frames. Now, these images are large, look attractive, and greet students and teachers in style.
Using Perforated Vinyl for Window Graphics
Goodyear schools are not the only clients benefitting from the advantages that perforations bring to vinyl.
- Business owners. While solid vinyl has long been the favorite material for wrapping storefront windows, business owners are beginning to appreciate perforated vinyl instead. It is excellent for keeping much of the day’s heat out. At the same time, it does not close off the space, but it lets you and your customers see out.
- Drivers. Companies that invest in vehicle graphics and wraps like the idea of also treating the rear windows. They allow the image to look complete. Drivers can see through the printed vinyl, which makes mobile advertising safe.
- Large-scale advertisers. For advertisers looking to take advantage of large surfaces, examples include companies advertising on the sides of passenger buses and those using the large windows of museums to feature their messages, the perforated vinyl is a good choice. It does not interfere with anyone enjoying the use of the amenities. Nevertheless, it makes them suitable for advertising.
