Rebranding Lobby Signs for Law Firms in Mesa, AZ
After consulting with our client, we designed a product that consists of one-quarter-inch thick, flat-cut aluminum letters. We applied a brushed clear finish and mounted the product with half-inch standoffs. It spells out the Denton Peterson, PC name with a DP logo to the left. Right underneath, an aluminum panel displays the words “Attorneys & Counselors at Law.” Before the installation date, the firm hired contractors to mount a black metal wall covering; this now provides a stunning visual contrast.
Signage Changes for New Brand Displays
Whether it is a change in partners, the opportunity to welcome a new specialist or simply an adjustment to your logo’s color and font choice, when a modification to your branding message’s presentation occurs, your signage needs to follow suit. Usually, the starting point is the commission of a new lobby sign. Since this is where staff and customers connect, it makes sense to begin the rebranding process with this product.
Next, there are additional signage selections to consider.
- Building sign. While a channel letter setup may need some adjustments, a box cabinet usually makes the switch as easy as placing a new vinyl overlay onto the facing.
- Monument sign. Remember to let motorists know about your brand change as well. You only need to modify the facing of the product.
- Office signs. Suite or office signs may need little more than a change of the printed name.
- Office signage. Directories, wayfinding products, and EVAC maps that show off your branding usually are last in the list of signs to be treated. The same goes for ADA-compliant products that bear your name and logo.
Total Overhaul or Slight Tweaks?
In some cases, our clients choose to undertake a complete signage overhaul. In this scenario, they may alter the type of product selected – switch from dimensional letters to a lightbox cabinet – or its display. The latter is usually the case when commissioning a rebranded lobby sign. Firms may change from a foam product to a metal one.
