Why is Branding Important?

“Hi, welcome to Mercie J Auto Care. I’m Rick Smith, and I’m very proud of my shop. So, I love my logo, and I love to advertise it. And it helps build up my ego, but I’m here today with Joe Wallace and Joe, why is branding important to a company, other than my ego?
Well, Rick, I’m Joe with Spotlight Signs and Imaging Solutions. A brand is important to a business because it helps you not just stroke your ego but establish a brand, like Mercie J, that people get to know. They get to trust you, and they’re going to come back over and over.
Especially with auto care, and a lot of industries are like that. It’s important that people are able to trust what you’re doing, know that you are going to be there to give them reliable service, and more importantly, it also helps people when they’re driving by to see you, find you, and recognize you.
The other thing that you guys do a great job with is the brand on your shirts, on your signs, on your cars with your partial vinyl wrap, and throughout your building, such as your wall vinyl lettering. They get to know that brand, they trust it, and they like doing business with you.
