“What’s the difference between a full wrap and a partial wrap? We get this question all the time. I’m Joe with Spotlight Signs and Imaging Solutions, where we will help you get noticed.
Clients will frequently ask us, ‘Should we do a full wrap or a partial wrap?’ I’ll be honest with you: most of the time, we recommend a partial warp. Here’s why: the intense Arizona sun.
There’s a difference between the vertical surfaces, which are the sides and the rear, and the horizontal surfaces, which are going to be the hood and the roof. You really want to keep vinyl off the horizontal surfaces, the hood, and the roof. The other reason is if you put a logo or any type of wrap on the hood, people don’t see it very often. What they are going to see most often are the sides and the rear.
We can take a vehicle like this, which has the silver color as its native color. Most commercial vehicles are white, which is a great base to start with. We can take branding and put it along the sides and the rear. This gives you all the exposure you need and tells everyone what they need to know about your business and helps you get noticed.”
