Cactus Yards Undergo an Expert Sign Refresh
The Town of Gilbert asked us to refresh the signage at the Cactus Yards. Our team visited the facility, noted the needed work, and got started. When we were finished, we had designed, produced, and installed more than 50 refurbished or replacement signs throughout the yards.

Unlike an initial order, which involves putting together signs for the first time, a signage refresh involves updating or modernizing existing signs. The goal is not to replace all style elements or signage parts but to improve branding, compliance, and usefulness.

The property management company for the Vantage Point Apartments requested a monument sign refurbishing in Gilbert. The client had an attractive, structurally sound monument, but the painted-on 2D lettering made the sign look dated. We refreshed the sign by repainting the product and adding 3D letters, giving the monument a contemporary look. This small change significantly upgrades the apartment complex’s curb appeal.
Another sign refurbishing had us go to Scottsdale. There, our client had an excellent 3D building letter setup. Unfortunately, the color had worn so much that it was hard to read the message even from a few feet away. Our technicians collaborated with the client to select a more suitable color palette, removed and cleaned the lettering, repainted it, and reinstalled it. The difference in the before and after look is significant.
