Flexible workspaces have a significant appeal to entrepreneurs and small businesses. Expansive is at the forefront of the movement that brings them to the business community. A case in point is Cooper Crossing, which debuted earlier this year. The client asked our shop to design, produce, and install attractive custom office signs in Chandler, AZ, to get ready to throw open the doors to customers.
Developing the Character of an Office Space with Signage is Possible
Because there will be multiple companies represented in the space, it was critical for signage to underscore the character of the venue rather than overtake a brand. Our team put together several products:
- Wall graphics. The graphics focus attention on topics such as community and entrepreneurship. We used all lower case lettering in varying fonts, colors, and display styles. Another picture offers a subtle advertising nod to Expansive. It consists of a United States map with areas marked where customers can find other flexible workspaces.
- Etched vinyl. Because the Cleo Patio is a big part of the Cooper Crossing setup, the client asked us to assist with wayfinding by putting lettering on the glass door. We also placed gray frosted vinyl over the boardroom windows’ bottom half, allowing privacy.
- Office nameplates. The office name plates do not feature the names of businesses but rather the terms of the rooms. A good example is the West Room. The slightly rounded frame displays brushed metal sides. At the top quarter, you see the Expansive name and logo; however, the much larger space displays the room’s designation and the attractive metallic backdrop color.
Putting Together a Lobby’s Atmosphere When You Prefer a Brand-Centric Approach
In addition to outfitting an office, we can also assist you with giving your lobby a unique atmosphere. Because these spaces are frequently where your customers interact the closest with your brand, it makes sense to spend a little time on the design. For a company like Expansive, any lobby would have to be brand neutral.
However, other company owners are specifically requesting brand-centric signage. It typically begins with the lobby sign. These products feature your company’s name, logo, and color palette. Choices include 3D letters or a logo board. Besides this sign, most offices like to feature brand messages in the form of wall graphics, murals, or custom wall art.
How Office Signs Give Any Location a Finished Look and Feel That Welcomes Customers and Visitors Alike
You spend a lot of time on the interior design of the office. Next, there are the sessions with the interior decorator. Signs have to work with both aspects of the spatial structure. If you already have color specs on hand, we can work with them. In their absence, we usually suggest inviting our team to visit for a site survey.
