Spotlight Signs and Imaging Solutions recently had the opportunity to partner with FSI Engineering and Design, INC. on putting together acrylic signs with standoffs in Gilbert, AZ. The client was looking for ways to underscore its brand message of acting like a small company while thinking big.
Focusing Attention on Brand-Building in the Office Setting
The client’s corporate office is located at 1166 East Warner Road. Instead of traditional wall art, the client was determined to embrace its brand story and focus visitors and workers’ attention on it. For example, one sign encourages onlookers to “Do The Next Right Thing,” which pertains to safety, ethics, and quality.
Other signs feature photos the client provided. We paired them with terms such as “Honesty” and “Respect.” For the material, the client specified acrylic. It mimics the elegant look of glass but without its brittle nature. To heighten the illusion that these are glass-framed works of art, we printed the graphics on vinyl that is applied to the backs of the boards.
The final step was the installation. Our team used brushed metal standoffs that add chic but do not detract attention from the highly polished fronts of the acrylic.
Telling the Brand Story in Your Office
Acrylic signs with brand messages that are taking the place of the wall art are excellent options. They are budget-friendly, look great, fit perfectly with your interior decor, and are fully customizable. However, this setup is not the only option. Other clients have asked us to design a mural for the focal wall.
These full wall wraps can combine color palettes with images and lettering. You fully control the message, which can turn your reception area into a soft marketing and branding expo. Another useful brand-building tool is the use of tradeshow displays. Something as simple as a table and backdrop can combine to educate consumers, explain product choices, underscore the branding, and offer easy ways for staff members to start conversations.
Because getting the employees on board is critical, more companies now add brand-building wall art to break rooms and training spaces. They help new hires navigate the information they are receiving and hone in on the aspects of their training that the company expects them to demonstrate to the customer.
Other Uses for Acrylic Signs with Standoffs in Gilbert, AZ and Beyond
In addition to branding opportunities, acrylic boards work well as lobby signs. We can add three-dimensional letters, imprint the material directly, create a matte display, or mimic the wall art you see here. Standoffs are the best options for installations, but you might also choose a flush mount and the use of airplane wires to hang the signage from the ceiling or an ornamental foyer centerpiece.
Acrylic is also sufficiently durable for manufacturing ADA-compliant signs that will be touched frequently. The surfaces are quick and easy to clean, which makes them excellent for busy spaces. By the way, we also make building letters using acrylic. Call us today to learn more about your options!
