With so many customers getting ready for the 2104 East Valley Business Expo, trade show graphics idea suggestions, booth setup questions and overall trade show marketing inquiries are at an all-time high. If you are a first-timer, it is easy to get overwhelmed by the idea of having to compete for attention among 100 or so competing businesses. Relax! At Spotlight Signs and Imaging Solutions, we have answers to your booth setup questions. To give you an idea of the perfect trade show booth look, we offer you two examples.
The Small Booth Setup
Sometimes, space is at a premium. When it is not possible to spread out and create a large exhibit, make the most of the space that you do have.
- Tahoe modular display (10 foot). This ten-foot display offers a modern spin on the classic backdrop. It features a back wall with an arched canopy frame. The design is elegant, modern and suits all types of businesses. Customize the fabric to suit your business.
- Ninja Star double indoor banners. These make up the sides of your display. They offer you the opportunity to use double-sided banners, which market to those approaching your booth as well as to those who are standing right in front of it.
- Table throws. You will receive one table for a small display. Make the most of it by adding a branded table throw. Since you do not know necessarily what size the tables will be, have a six-foot and an eight-foot throw ready to go. If you worry about the budget, choose a table runner instead. It comes in two, three, four and five-foot widths and can turn a generic table throw into a branded surface.
A Large Booth Design
Those in charge of bestowing display spaces on exhibitors have given you a large spot. You can spread out and display your information in any way you choose. What are your options?
- Tahoe modular display (20 foot). The 20-foot display is a larger version of the 10-foot display we previously mentioned. With space for two fabric screens rather than one, you have the opportunity to include a complementing visual marketing message.
- Hanging Banners. With plenty of space available to you, the addition of a hanging banner is a good opportunity for optically extending your display upwards. Choose from circular, curved or triangular hanging banners. This display increases your odds of being seen across the exhibition hall.
- Six-foot tabletop graphic panel display. Pick two of these; one for each side of your booth. There are three 24” by 36” panels as well as one 24” by 12” header panel. Use different or similar graphics.
- Table throws. You most likely will have access to two tables. Since they hold your tabletop graphics and make up the sides of your booth, we recommend a logo print rather than full branding. The logo should be visible on both sides of the table. Have throws in six feet and eight feet widths available to suit the tables usually offered at these venues.
